How refunds and support requests are handled for SEO Rank Radar software licenses.
Free plan
The Free plan is available for evaluation before purchasing a paid subscription. We recommend testing installation, keyword workflow and compatibility before upgrading.
Paid subscriptions
Starter, Pro and Agency are digital software subscriptions. If a paid plan does not work as described, contact LineSW support with your license email, WordPress version, plugin version and a description of the issue.
Refund window
Refund requests are reviewed individually. As a practical policy, first-time purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days when the product cannot be made to work as described and support is unable to resolve the issue.
What is not refundable
Third-party costs are not refundable through SEO Rank Radar. This includes DataForSEO credit, Google services, hosting fees, developer work, agency work or other services purchased from third parties.
How refunds are processed
When payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.
